Morning Routine

Math – We worked on a partner activity to practice subtracting 2-digit numbers with and without regrouping. I worked with Dominic, Chase, Sam, Luke, Tiago, and Max.

Recess

Daily 5 – We did 2 rounds of Hi-5 Groups and read a chapter of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. I read with Maggie, Caden, Dominic, Siddhartha, Chase, Parker, Ava, and Charlie.

Lunch

Phys. Ed. – We continued to work on overhand throwing.

Author Study – Leah Dorion will be coming in to read and do an activity with us tomorrow. We listened to one of her books and talked about her illustrations. When she is here, she will also have copies of her colouring book, My Mother Earth for sale for $10.
