Morning Routine

Math – We will be finishing up with 2-digit subtraction this week. I worked with Sidd, Adrita, Parker, Charlie, Madi, Ava, and Kellan.

Recess

Daily 5 – We did 2 round of Hi-5 groups. I read with Grayson, Sidd, Chase, Kellan, Maggie, Caden, Charlie, Ava, Parker, and Dominic.

Lunch

Talking Circle – We shared stories from our break.

Health – We started talking about personal safety. We had an in-depth discussion about online safety as many students had questions regarding this. In partners, we discussed and began working on posters to be presented at our upcoming “Celebration of Learning” assembly.

Recess

Arts Ed. – Mme. Jasper

***We are skating tomorrow from 11:00 -11:45 at the Al Ritchie Arena. Please make sure that you send your child with skates, a helmet, and proper winter attire. Sticks are allowed for those that have them (we will be skating with older grades this time) – however, only plastic pucks are allowed to be used. We could use a few parent helpers to assist with putting on/taking off skates again. If you are interested, please meet us at the arena around 11:00. Thank you in advance! 🙂
